Live Assessment & Correction Course

Live Assessment & Correction Course

The Assessment and Correction (A&C) course is a movement-based seminar that teaches orthopedic evaluation to understand what your client is experiencing and where their pain is coming from.   Mobility exercises are then performed to affect range of motion, pain, strength and flexibility.

The A&C equips you with practical assessment techniques, evidence-based approaches and hands-on methods to improve joint health, movement quality, and human biomechanics.

This course offers a direct approach for all healthcare professionals, empowering them to deliver precise movement re-education and ensure that their clients achieve the intended results with confidence and clarity.

What you’ll learn:

  • Why joint alignment is key for neuromuscular balance.
  • How motor unit recruitment and activation influence strength, precision, and control.
  • Why isometric training creates safety, neural adaptations, strength gains, and is specifically effective in biomechanically disadvantaged positions.
  • How to identify normal vs. abnormal joint end feels and why this is so important in all your treatments.
  • Clinically proven orthopedic assessments to understand where your client’s pain is coming from and what approaches you need to apply to attain optimal biomechanics.
  • Specific movement techniques, traction strategies, alignment principles and motor control methods to create strength.
  • Effective homework strategies including stretching durations, practice quantity, isometric contractions and joint mobilizations.
  • Learn proven rehab-oriented techniques for mobility, stability, and pain-informed progression.
  • Real-world applicability: designed for therapists, movement professionals, coaches, trainers, and clinicians seeking to improve function across clients and populations.

Who this course is for:

  • Physical/Massage Therapists, Pilates Teachers, Athletic Trainers, Chiropractors, Yogis and Sports Medicine Professionals seeking advanced, actionable movement correction strategies.

Credits and outcomes

  • Upon successful completion, participants will have a practical, repeatable framework for assessing movement, improving mobility and motor control, and designing safe, effective correction programs.
  • Certificate of completion
